Obituary

Natalie Jayne Gregory, age 56, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2013, after a long and valiant battle with breast cancer. She was born Feb. 17, 1957, in Ypsilanti, Mich.

Natalie was a resident of Valparaiso, Fla. She was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving her country for 26 years before retiring. She was a vibrant, energetic and compassionate woman who enjoyed her family, friends, the beach, and many pets.

Natalie was preceded in death by her father, Hollace Blankenship, and stepfather, Mike Wilt.

Natalie is survived by her mother, Janice Wilt; her son, Matthew Gregory and partner, Courtney Schroeder, of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; her daughter, Sarah Law and husband, Kevin, of Atlanta, Ga.; her sister, Cindy Deeds and partner, Bill Utley, of California; her brothers, Randy Blankenship of Tennessee and Chad Blankenship and wife, Katie, of Texas; and her assorted aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and many friends.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
