Ret. Colonel Jack William Blair Jr., 71, passed away at his home August 13, 2014, in Destin, Florida. He was born June 4, 1943 in Charleston, West Virginia to Jack and Cora Blair. He is survived by his wife Donna Blair of 38 years, and three children Landon, Misty, and Ashley. Jack is also survived by two sisters, seven grandchildren, and many other relatives. Services will be held on August 22, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Faith Assembly Christian Church in Miramar Beach at 306 S. Geronimo St, Destin, FL 32550. There will be a reception to follow at Shoreline Towers Condominium Clubhouse located at 900 Gulf Shore Drive, Destin, FL 32541.
